Flight simulator x pc game Purchase. I have it for long and use it a lot. I learnt flying with FS, so here I enjoy better scenery, badges, new challenges. But if it is your first flight sim, then without doubts you can successfuly become a pilot. It is up to you and what you want but I would recommend to begin with basic lessons to earn the PPL first and progress from there. I guaranee if you do so, you will have better and greater enjoyment later.
Also, get your self good quality controls such as Saitek or CH products. Keyboard and mouse will never give you as close-to-real experience and those will help you understand attitude and dynamics of an aircraft.
